The fastest verified route is the support channel built into your account:

Open Mechia and sign in.
Open Settings > Help & Support.
Choose Live Chat for assistance or Report an Issue to submit a tracked request.

What to include

Include the affected business name, the account phone number or email, a short description of what happened, the time it happened, and screenshots that do not contain sensitive information.

Protect your account. Mechia support will not ask for your password, one-time verification code, full payment-card number, private API key, or database service key.

Read the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled. To remove a Mechia account without using the app, submit the verified request on the account-deletion page.
